How long has refurbished ATV been OOS?

Would like to pickup one this week for a bday present but noticed they were OOS. Figure smartest thing to do is wait until the 10th but if there's any update at all I imagine it would be software side.

Same boat as you mate, except I want it new.
I want one so bad (My local store here in MX has them for 79.99 with an HDMI cable since they are having this moving out of the mall sale), but I dont want September 10 to come and get stuck with an older device.

I do belive the update could be software side though, Im just waiting to be sure.
The sale ends September 9 though 🙁

If that's 80 USD I'd go ahead and buy it. Hopefully there is a return policy, if not, sell it for a slight loss and buy the new one if it comes out on the 10th, which there doesn't appear to be as of today.
