At least the 4th and 5th gen had them. IIRC, there was one called the "Dual Band" AirPort (like the "Fast Ethernet" and "Gigabit" ones in the past).

In early 2009 Apple added dual-band capabilities to the AirPort Extreme and Time Capsule.

3rd gen AEBS started doing simultaneous dual band. 2nd gen had dual band.
