How long it takes for new phone to show up in Upgrade Program

Upgraded to the X last week. Turned in my old phone and got the loan closed.
But when I check on the iPhone Upgrade Program page eligibility for the X, it shows that the X isn’t enrolled.

Called Apple they say it’s part of the program but don’t know why it’s not showing up

Anyone know how much time it takes for a new phone to show up as part of the Upgrade Program?
