How long should the hardware test take?(2.2 ghz SR MBP, stock)

Just curious as to how long an extended hardware test is supposed to take. I was on the phone with apple care due to problems with my 2nd replacement MBP, and the product specialist had me run a hardware test. Now I have run the hardware test a few times before on my first two MBPs, and it always took about an hour to finish, the "specialist" sounded kinda shocked when I told him my past experience as well as read him the screen.

If you have 2 GB of RAM, it will probably take an hour. That's how long mine did.
