How long to sync bookmarks with iCloud?

Just enabled iCloud on my iPhone and iPad.

It did an initial sync and the bookmarks are now the same on both devices.

Does anyone know how long it should take from adding a bookmark to the iPad to it syncing across to the iPhone?
