Other than the cases from zCover, which are out now, does anyone know the expected release date of any other covers for the video iPod?

I have one from Countour cases for my 3G that I really like, and I'd like one for my video as well, but if it's going to be such a long wait I'm thinking of just settling on the one from zCovers.

They're not out yet, but these Incase ones are always a safe bet for quality.

Yes, they have clear plastic over the screen.

Thanks.

I just read that it also protects the click wheel. Can it work through plastic, or do you have to take it off to use the iPod?

The clickwheel works through most fabrics, so yes. You can have your iPod in your jeans and turn up the volume from outside the pockets.

eww that looks hidius! i looks like the same case i had for my brick cellphone in the 90's
They could bring out the 1G models again, as a retro revival item, call them the iPod Brick.😱

I like that case, i saw a lady with that style of case for her nano and i liked it. Do u know if you can remove the clip?
Doesn't look like it; unless you're good with a needle & thread. 😉

I'm going with the invisi-shield and then ordering a vaja case as soon as they come out. It didn't take them that long to tool one for the nano so I can hold out with just the I.S. for awhile - they're site says Nov. 05. I know, redundant having I.S. and then a case but I love Vaja's products - the most iPod-like a case can get - pure quality.
