MBPs are shipping right now in 1 - 3 business days for default models, meaning it will leave the Apple warehouse sometime between today and Wednesday (assuming nothing happens). Then it depends on what type of shipping you purchased. Two day shipping means it should arrive two business days later.

Of course, if you changed configuration options, which you said you did, the shipping date may change. If you look at the email they sent you, it should tell you when it will ship from them, at the very least.

If you're really curious and got ground shipping, go to FedEx and check the typical times from Shanhai to your location; might give you a better estimate as well.
