I know that many of us have been waiting a long time for Apple and the associated carriers to deliver iPhones. My question is would you ever get mad enough to cancel your iPhone order and go with a different phone?

Seems kind of dumb to buy a phone that isn't the best fit for your needs just because of impatience.
Order online from apple.com and get on with the other things in your life until it comes in.
(or keep watching the trackers and such if you like the "thrill of the chase")

Agreed. The iPhone is a high demand product right now. Have a little patience OP.
No. It sucks waiting now. But by this time next month, what difference will it make? I'll have what I want by then and this waiting will be a bad memory. I'd rather have some patience than pick a phone I'll be unhappy with for the next 2 years. I can wait. My iPhone 5 is still working great for now.

Sure but my 43% iPhone 5 battery that has been on airplane mode almost all day is really an inconvenience...
That sounds like an exhausted battery. They make it fairly simple to replace those.

LOL!! I do agree. I wouldn't cancel my order. Although I am really surprised that Apple was caught off guard by the demand of the 6+
Not sure what the big fuss is about i have bought over 10 iPhones and have got any model I've wanted since launch , pick up in store has been amazing since launch

I agree 100%. I'm dying to get my 6+, may not get it until December. No big deal. I have an iPhone now (iPhone 5), I still do all the same things, and when I get the new one I'll be thrilled, but the waiting is no big deal.
I am mad because people who ordered the same exact phone as me from ATT are getting their phone, even though I ordered on 9/13 and they ordered in Oct. If it was FCFS I wouldn't be angry.
There was a thread earlier about someone who did just that. Canceled his order and preordered Nexus 6.
I'm happy with the wait. The longer I wait, the longer Apple have to work out the production bugs.

I've actually been waiting since October 4 for a 6 (not 6 plus, though it is the 128 GB version) and was told that I may have to wait until the end of November. I got at a local reseller of a major department store chain here, which may be why it will take a bit more time but I wanted to put it on my store card and get the advantages. Patience all.
