Not sure about my store as I got there at 1:45 PM and I walked out with the 6+ in Gold 128 GB in hand :D

ATT coprate store said they had 20,turns out they had 10. One guy bought 4 plus unites while the other bought 2 plus. The rest were 16GB phones. Best thing about it is the jerk that bought the 4 phones had his whole family come skip in line last minute. Unbelievable!

Did this happen at the AT&T Corporate Store in Altamonte Springs, FL?
I was #18 in line and saw that **** go down.....and missed out on the 6+ plus because of it

Got to my local Att store at 3:45am. I was 3rd in line. Went in at 8am, asked for a 128gb 6+ in space grey. He came out with a white one. He said that's all they had. I walked out empty handed. :(

On a positive note, my wife got her 128gb iPhone 6 delivered today. But she won't use it until she gets a case. It's still sitting in the box.

The irony......

VZW store

I was told by a verizon rep last bight they had every 6 plus model in stock at least one of each size each color. I sat in line from 3am to 8am. Was 3rd in line. They had 0 and didn't tell us until they opened at 8. Apparently the whole region got 0. So for a 45 minute radius in all directions the only 6+ were pre orders nobody had any extra stock. i called about a dozen stores and they all verified that they didn't get any at all. They were trying to talk everyone into buying the 6 who wanted the plus(so they could still get their sales). The two people in front of me gave in. suckers. I paid to have mine shipped to my house should be shipped by 10/24 i would think that with demand being so high that they will probably try to make massive amounts of them to catch up. but, i guess i'll have to wait a month. i was not going to give in and get something i didn't want. stuck to my guns waiting it out for the 6+.

Had a similar experience. Called 3-4 days in advance, then the day before asking if they were getting 64 or 128 gig pluses and in every instance the verizon store rep said they would be getting every model in stock. I arrived at 6 to line up and all they had was 16gb pluses.

The Chicago Michigan Ave store seemed to have at least 200 6+s, if not more. There were hundreds of people in line and I had no problem getting my 6+ VZW in Space Gray even though I had arrived at 7 am.

The apple store I stopped at to purchase applecare said that the Plus models didn't last past basically around the 50th person.

I had the same thing happen to me https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1783424/

My corporate store had 18. I was #11 in line and my sales rep was very passive and not aggressive about getting the 128GB Gold I wanted or even a 64GB. Ended up with one of the last 16GB while the people behind me got 64 and 128GB's.

So sorry to hear that, currently waiting for my plus I ordered at 3:05 EST so I feel everyones pain on this. The first thing i asked every customer I helped today is exactly what phone they wanted and went and the back and got it even before I pulled up their account, I figured even if they werent eligible I could always go put it back up. Also we got zero pluses today, corporate location.

Apple store in Lexington ky had less than 45. You had to be in line by 10::00 pm to get one since most people were buying 2. They had no T-Mobile and 3 sprint. I got one of the few Verizon gold models. I was 4th in line but had 6 Verizon's sold before I got my 2. So got lucky there. There was over 200 people in line. Most stayed to buy the 6 after hearing no more plus. They still had 6's available for walkins that evening when I went back to buy a case.

Was 2nd in line at an AT&T authorized retailer at 5:20am. Not sure what they would have. The 3rd person said 3 days ago the was told no plus models, 4th guy said plenty, and I was told mid Thursday they wouldn't know.

At 8 am they open the doors, only 4-5 of us. They had 4 reps and we got to go in at once. I asked for s plus, and ended up with their only plus, a Silver 64gb. Luckily the lady that was first chose a gold 6.

All the while the AT&T corporate store had 30 or so people at 5am, with people that had lined up at 9pm Thursday. They told me before closing they had limited plus models and suggested getting in line over night.

So, I guess it turned out to be a good gamble to just get in line a little after 5am at a 3rd party ATT no one expected to have anything. They seemed to have plent of regular 6 models.

This was Modesto CA

I waited in line all night at my local ATT store. I was first in line. At 6 am the General Manager came by and told us there were probably 3 to 4 pluses available. I was confident I would get one. When they opened, they told us they only had one. I let my buddy (who was second in line) have it since I had already pre-ordered one and he didn't. I was pretty upset though that there was only one after the GM said there was 3 or 4. I would have left at 6 am if I had known there was only one.

I guess I just don't really get why people who were looking for plus models didn't go to an Apple Store. I was 8th in line at the Apple Store Syracuse, and had no problem getting my plus.

They had about 50 pluses from my guesstimating

it wasnt so simple as "just going to the Apple store"... you had to be on that line a whole day early... some places even earlier...

I live in Brooklyn but I drove to Staten Island and the AT&T store in the mall had about 11 6+...
