How many Apple TVs can I register with my iTunes password?

I purchased the new Apple TV today and asked the Apple employee how many devices can I have on my iTunes account. She told me five. Well I have a MacBook Pro, 2 iPad mini 2s, an iPad Air 2, an iPhone 6+, an Apple TV 3, and the new Apple TV. I'm I going to have an issue using my new Apple TV?

i thought it was 10 devices including 5 computers

Yup, I believe it's 10 devices. I want to say it used to be 5 devices completely in the past, until complaints came up about owning all Apple devices and running out of available slots.
