Did you just let it spin or would you keep restarting the process until it didn't spin for too long?

Failed web attempts on Apple and AT&T sites. Failed phone calls to Online Apple Store. Finally got an Apple rep and his computer failed after he got my eligibility approved. All in all a disappointment. Is the iPhone really worth it going through this mess?

Got through twice after 3 1/2 hours got me and my wife one confirmed and got emails from apple now back to sleep. Good luck. This is funny got through third time for my cousin but she forgot to pay her bill so would not let me reserve called her and she paid tried again for her and can't get through guess she is s.o.l. Did all this from my iPad
