I am really into cases and had over a dozen (when I upgraded from my iPhone 5 I had a small drawer full of cases I had to give away because they no longer fitted my larger iPhone 6). Here are my top 4 that I use on a regular basis. I have purchased many cases I only ended up using once or twice but these are the one's I use regularly.

#1 Best Wallet Case: Caseology
Good for going out at night. Just take your driver's license and a credit card and leave your wallet at home.

#2 Best Clear Case: Totallee
This is the case I use the most. My everyday case.

#3 Best Rugged Case: Otterbox
I use this one for outdoors activities. Feel save with it.

#4 Best Girly Case: Maxboost
I use this when I feel like switching things up a bit.

Just upped mine to 5.

Ordered the Caudabe Veil Frost for my Gold 6 plus.

Update on the Spigen Neo Hybrid:
Put it on my phone yesterday and tried to give it another chance. I love the looks, but boy is that case slippery. I almost dropped it 3 times, and it is very hard to pick up when it is laying down. I took it off, put on the Insignia Clear Case, and vowed to never use the case again.

Apple Brown Leather
Spigen Neo Hybrid Metal
Spigen Neo Hybrid
Ringke Fusion
Ringke Max
Obliq Skyline Pro
Amzer Crusta
Supcase Unicorn Beetle Hybrid
Obliq Flex Pro
Obliq Flex Pro(2 different colors)
Incipio DualPro
Verus Thor
ZeroLemon Razor Armor
Slickwraps Brushed Onyx

Pretty sure I have one or two that I'm missing....
God I have a problem.

I'm an admitted caseaholic too. Here's what I bought in chronological order)

Spigen Neo Hybrid (bought at launch)
Incipio Dual Pro Shine
Insignia Blue TPU
Insignia Black TPU
Apple Black Leather
Diztronic Black TPU
Apple Black Silicone
Caudabe Veil

aaaaaand...guess which case I decided to stick with??

UAG scout and Incipio Dual pro hard shell black for the 6 plus. Ill probably just get one more case waiting on speck candyshell grip to be available. I think its an improvement from my previous phone where I owned 7 cases. Yes, Im a case whore, but I think Im getting better.

Just received the ringke slim matte black. Gotta say I think it's the best case I've tried so far. On the other hand I think Im getting worse. 3 cases and I'm still getting the speck candyshell grip.

I only have two. And, that is so odd for me. LOL.

Case-Mate Glam in Champagne (my favorite brand of cases)
Spigen Air Skin

Haven't really found anything else I want yet. I hope more come out soon.

Edit: I've added two more Case-Mate cases to my collection - the Brilliance and the Sheer Glam. I think I am officially done for now.

2 cases.

Ordered a clear tpu .6mm LUVVITT case from amazon for like $10. I wanted something thinner and found the SOJITEK LightR .25mm on Amazon for $5

Total spent: $15

Just one. The Akna Retro Floral in Vintage Blue. Very slim, nicely grippy, ridiculously girly. LOL http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00OC8HSWY

Most of the time, I go through multiple cases before settling on just one. This time, very few of the cases I've seen interest me. This one isn't perfect, but it's good enough. We'll see how it wears over time.

Anything more than 1 is overkill. Pay your case forward when it's time for a new one.

This! I like to offer up any cases that I don't love to macrumors members. There's no sense in letting them collect dust. I usually go through numerous options before I settle on one as my favorite. I have a couple of Shumuri cases that I might offer up this week.

1 x Spigen Tough Armor Case ($7.50 glass screen protector) and 1 x Securranty no deductible insurance. Total OTD cost = $115.59 with 3-4 claims @ apple store available.

Up to three now. Spigen Slim Armor, Ringke Fusion, Power Support Air Force (ordered two of those so I can have a backup).

My 4 EDC options

I have had this issue in the past.
I kept a different cases depending on the situation or where I was going that day. I would buy cases I would never use. I only really wore a case if I needed protection. Usually I prefer to keep it "naked".

Currently I own only one case but have 4 build options (read below)

Ringke Slim Crystal Clear- LOVE it! it has slits on all four corners that helps when removing the case and it has a lanyard slot incase you really need to keep it on a leash. The slim is a little different then the 5 case (the 5 was super slim!) as it feels a little more robust and the only other complaint that I have is the edges. I don't think you can really fix this unless you only attach at the top and the bottom. But I really like the rounded edges of the 6. When I scroll on the edges it feels really nice and I don't get that with a case. This is the other reason I prefer to go "naked" and I hate to hide the beauty of the iPhone design. Like putting a roll-cage on a Ferrari. The reason I went with the Crystal Clear. I still give it 5/5 Apples :apple::apple::apple::apple::apple:

What I DO USE everyday is my Kapotas wallet. I got one a few weeks ago when he was selling on Etsy and now you can find it on Kickstarter. I know Kickstarter is usually a risk, but he is only looking to buy a larger lot of leather to make it cheaper. My biggest complaint is price, but at-least you don't need to buy a new one when a new phone comes out, and it replaces my wallet so I would say it is a wash. It's a great product and I can personally recommend. I no longer use my regular single-use wallet. If I need a seporate wallet or don't want on my phone I just remove it. Its great. The only hard part to get used to is when I "system check" on the way out the door (check for keys, wallet, and phone) I always forget my wallet is usually attached to my phone. The thing I really want to call out here is how the Kapotas gives the iPhone 6 that much needed grip! I love the 6 and how slim it is, but when I removed my Kapotas I had a hard time holding on to it. I realized the bulk of the Kapotas sits perfectly in the palm of your had. And the perforated leather feels soft and really expensive. Every time I pull out my phone to get card in public someone ALWAYS asks "where did you get that from?!" I give Kapotas 5/5 Apples :apple::apple::apple::apple::apple:

I want to add w/ApplePay and NCF getting more and more popular the need to carry physical cards are finally going away. I always hated to carry my wallet, made my back hurt and I was paranoid I would lose it. I found the Kapotas while browsing Etsy one day and like I mention before my EDC life hasn't been the same. The quality is amazing, better then some leather wallets I have owned. I can't believe no one thought of this eariler!

With that said I have 4 build-out options with only 2 products:
  1. Lightweight- no case /no wallet
  2. EDC- no case w/Kapotas wallet
  3. Sports/Active- Ringke case /No wallet
  4. Heavyweight- Ringke case w/Kapotas wallet

Where to buy:

4 0,3mm slim cases.(Shumuri, Caude, 2 oem from eBay)
2 Spigen Neo Hybrid
Verus Iron Shield
Verus with card holder
3 Aluminum bumpers

So, 11 cases.

Green Apple silicon case, a Ringke Slim(with port covers) in smoke grey, and a Verus Case in brushed aluminum for my SG 6.

I got my Caudabe Veil Frost for my Gold iPhone 6 plus and instantly returned it. It make the Gold look like a very pale silver, and not very appealing. I loved the Wisp Veil on my 5s and was hoping to like the frost.

I got a response back from Caudabe about maybe making a clear, and their reply was:

Thanks for the email. Sorry to hear you aren’t happy with the frost version of the Veil. Unfortunately, the nature of the material we use is such that a completely clear version isn’t possible.

Oh well, I guess I will have to stick with my Apple Olive Brown Leather, and Apple Red Silicone.

6+
spigen slim armor in white
spigen slim armor in grey
spigen ultra hybrid metal in grey
spigen ultra hybrid ex metal in silver
otterbox defender grey/white
otterbox defender black/black

Don't like the slim armors, just don't like how the fit around the edges of the phone & don't like the slickness of them

I like the ultra hybrids, but not the slight signal hit I get, also not a big fan of how hard they are to take off and put on. I've been afraid I'd break my damn phone getting them off.

Love the defender after taking off the built in screen protector.

I want to try the Power Support Air Jacket, but can't decide between the Clear or the Clear Matte. Which is the preferred choice?

6plus
I have 2 Ringke Fusion 1 Black and 1 clear,
1 Spigen Neo hybrid which makes the 6+ two big
I just ordered a 2 for $9.99 anker tpu ultra thin deal on Amazon 1 clear 1 grey.

I now have too many. :). Still rocking my Otterbox symmetry though. Here are a few

Otterbox Defender
Otterbox Symmetry
Pelican Protector

Symmetry is still the best of the bunch imo. The 6 plus is a big phone and this provides good protection with minimal thickness.
