So it seems like most of the people are case junkies like me. How many cases do you own? So I got 1) apple bumper 2) griffin motif 3) incase clear from apple program 4) otterbox defender 5) white eBay bumper 6) clear case from mall 7) beyza slimline pouch 8) sgp hybrid ex 9) default case

Must be a bad habit.

I've got all different types, some from DealExtreme, some from eBay, the free ones from Apple, the ones I get at 50% off at AT&T, etc. I just switch around to whatever feels comfortable, but I never go naked in fear of microscratching up the glass.

I used to be a case junkie, and in some ways, I still am. I still read a ton about cases. My first two iphones (original and 3G), I probably bought over 20 cases. So far, with my iPhone 4, I've bought 2, and also received my free bumper from Apple. For my 3G, my most common combo was the Otterbox Defender, with the screen ripped out, and an Invisible Shield on the screen.

Now with my iPhone 4, I have a Clear-Coat shield (similar to Invisible Shield) on front, back, and sides, and was using the bumper. BUT, I just bought the Case-Mate Hulu (in black), and I LOVE this combo ! It's like an Apple Bumper, but the sides are clear, so it really shows off the phone like it has no case on. It really looks sleek, and I really like it better than the bumper, fits the phone better.

I have 4 cases. However, 2 of them I am not happy with. My list:

- Apple bumper (black).
- iSkin Solo (carbon).
- Speck PixelSkin HD (black, 3rd version).
- Incipio NGP Matte (translucent mercury).

I do not like the Apple Bumber since it does not seem to provide enough protection. I also do not like the iSkin Solo...cheaply made, button alignment issues, and a sticky fingerprint magnet back. The 2 cases I use the most are the PixelSkin HD and NGP. Both are great cases...but the NGP does seem to provide the most protection and is less likely to bubble screen protectors.

Offtopic but you should ask iSkin for a replacement. They've fixed most misalignment and button issues in new Solos batch (revA01). A few days ago they sent me a new Carbon Solo without asking to return the old one. Still not perfect but times better than the original (revA00).

Ontopic I've got a genuine black bumper, an OEM one, first and second version of PixelSkin HD, an iSkin Solo and an Incipio NGP. Bumper is still my favorite but I'm using the iSkin Solo because it offers much better protection.
