I got my Clear Incase snap (case program) which I never use, and an Otterbox Defender which I use all time.
 
griffin reveal (returned)
black bumper (free case program) never use
blue bumper (bought off ebay for $10) don't really use either

other people wasting money on a idiotic hobby isn't exactly an excuse to do likewise. Just seems weird that playing "iPhone dressup" commands some people to spend damn near north of 1000 dollars.

Do most people get a return on investment from a hobby? I doubt it. It's something done because we enjoy it. Like I said, most people have hobbies that they spend/"waste" money on. It's no biggie. Except to you, for some reason. What we do with a small amount of our discretionary budget is our concern, not yours. But thanks for your "concern".

Lol. It's cool. You have to take into account who the comments are coming from. A quick scan of his post history shows that he typically (if not all the time) only has negative things to say in any post. Just take a look. So I see no reason to hold his opinion in high regard, until I start seeing some useful contributions to the forums here from his postings. And maybe he is trying to contribute by giving people "advice", but if so, the manner in which he does it needs much work. Like you said, we are on the Internet, so you have to expect and overlook comments such as his.

I always find it shocking how alarmingly okay people are with their own stupidity. The way they justify living/acting like idiots is something that intrigues me, so I try to choose people like you to get a better insight.

I now have an iSkin Solo (carbon) that was gifted to me. I still prefer the Bumper, but I'm using the Solo for the next while.

So now I have two cases.

I think I have WAYYYY too many cases. Most of it was from launch day since almost all of the cases sucked balls. I might give them away or sell them and stick with at least only 2 or 3.

:rolleyes: I've given up on the "they're stuck in customs" excuse I heard, oh, about 3 weeks ago. I've actually lost hope at this point :(

You do have a great collection of cases. Do you have a particular one that is your favorite? Which case would you give the highest recommendation?

I buy cases and other electronic gizmos mostly because I enjoy putting them through their paces and testing them. A lot of people come to me for advice and I sometimes charge for my services. At one point I had 8 cell phones on my desk and I had more fun testing them out and finding ways to maximize there usage than I did actually using them. I find it hard to recommend something unless I have tested it. When you become the go to guy you have to be on your game. I don't collect stamps or beanie babies so my 1st choice of things to amass will always be electronics and accessories. I've never met anyone who didn't like my collections . If someone bashed my hobby I'd tell em to take a long hard suck on my arse!........or bury them in the back yard............depends on how close I was to home. :D
One of the coolest things about being a collector is you get to meet like minded people here on the forums and get great advice from people who sincerely want to be helpful. You can't even buy good advice these days.

I've bought one. The Incipio Feather and the free one from Apple, which is useless(incase snap case). I am looking into the Speck Fitted case though, and I need to contact Incipio because my Feather case is peeling.
