You can get Battery Doc on the app store but it costs 69p on the UK store.

816 charge cycles on my 20 month iphone 5 I use my phone pretty heavily but the battery is still perfect and holding charge well dying right after 1%. The battery still has 1277 mah out of 1430 left.

You can use iBackupBot on your computer as well (without needing to jailbreak).
