Then people would be justified in not sharing that information. If you're not disclosing the reason you want that information, why should people just blindly give it to you?

looks like people are blindly giving exactly what I want.

whats the science behind this?

The battery needs to be exercised to stay healthy. It should be more than just a few hours per month.

The link below should answer most, if not all, of your battery/charging questions. If you haven't already done so, I highly recommend you take the time to read it.

It's irrelevant, as everyone's computing habits are different. Some use their MBPs primarily at their desk, while others are more mobile users.

That information isn't useful for anything. How someone else uses their computer has no bearing on how you use yours.
That information is exactly as useful to the world as your reply to this post. And yet you chose to reply, twice! I see tons of threads about stuff that shouldnt matter, entire TV shows about stuff that doesnt matter, let people spend their time as they see fit.

How I use this information does not concern you.

Y spit my coffee when I read this, nice!

I hate people it when people in these forums are so uptight... Has anyone ever been a victim of Identity theft from sharing the battery cycles of their laptops? Or whats the deal?

OT

34 cycles since I got it on the first week
