This is annoying.

I have a very noticeable stuck pixel about half an inch up from the home button. It buggs me constantly. I made an appointment for tomorrow. I called and asked if I could just bring it in and they said chances are they wont have any 32gb white iphones left in stock. I bought it from that Apple Store"Tulsa", so I hope I wont have any troubles with getting a new one. What should I do if they dont have any in stock? I only have 7 or 8 days left for a replacement. Any ideas?

i would rather not, if i check and i do end up having dead pixels it will just annoy me. I am better off with the unknown factor..

I have one dead pixel on the middle left of my screen. I will probably return it because I always seem to notice it now :(

Update

Just to update:

I decided to go ahead and exchange my phone with the dead pixel for a new one. Between being on hold online and going to the local Apple Store, I spent about 5 hours on the ordeal.

I finally ended up having Apple Online send a replacement, which I got today, and as soon as I fired up the new one, I noticed TWO DEAD PIXELS! LOL.

So, needless to say, I am returning it and that's that for me.

I'm keeping my imperfect original with its single dead pixel. As I said before, life is short.

To get only one dead pixel on todays lcds is pretty acceptable. I have one near the bottom and can only see it when the sceen is black. Looks like a piece dust.

I only see mine when the screen is white. Looks like a piece of dust as well. For the price I expect zero dead pixels.

Any chance somebody could post some pictures of these stuck/dead pixels?? I'm not sure I've ever seen one before.

I have one dead center, but I only notice it on a solid color screen, so I will probably just forget about it. I know what a pain it is to exchange for dead pixels on a MBP.

How many do you have, if any, and how many do you need for Apple to exchange it?

day 1 owner 0 stuck pixels....I'd bring it in and see what they say.
