How many people tick the option to show the battery percent next to the battery icon in the status bar? I always have. Just curious how many other people do.

I hate it. Doesn’t it make you OCD about the battery? Love that it doesn’t show it because showing it automatically makes me plug my phone in when it’s less than 80%

I’m the exact same way. If I can see the percentage I start obsessing about the amount of battery I’m going through/have left and I stop enjoying using my phone. If I could I would make it not appear in control panel too.

At least give the option of the percentage or battery picture. I’d much rather have percentage than a battery visual.

With my new X i was at first very disappointed that I couldn't show the battery percentage without control center. But I think that in the long run it will be a good thing. I have always obsessed over the percentage, especially when you can see to decreasing by the minute sometimes.

I did not find absent battery percent any issue. I just go to home screen and swipe left and the battery information is there with percentage. Battery percentage was also missing in iPod touch sixth generation and I have that iPod
