Well, it was bound to happen eventually. I dropped my iPhone 4 but luckily it didn't break, it just got scratched on the corner so that's not too bad. As long as it works perfectly I'm fine with it. It just made me mad at first. Who else has dropped their phone?

Dropped mine. The front and back glass are fine but, like yours, my corners scraped a bit.

Back when I owned my 3G, I dropped it on concrete. I didn't have a case on it at the time. The back and silver bivel were pretty nicked up. Since then, I have yet to drop my iPhone 4. Although I have a case on the back just in case.

I've dropped my 4 several times. It was in a case each time (Griffin from the free case program) and it's still in flawless condition.

I count my blessings each time it doesn't shatter...

The plastic bezel on mine got small dents/scratches from drops. Glass intact. The metal got a small nick.

Same here. Dropped my naked 3G in the parking lot walking to my car second of owning it. Luckily, screen was still perfect, and a case hid all the scratches but from that point on, been extra careful with my phones.

When I got a 3GS a few years ago I was playing tennis and stupidly left it in my pocket as I suppose I thought it was a tennis ball or something and I set up to hit a shot and as I ran and hit the ball the phone went flying out of my pocket scraping the floor and then hitting a fence. Phone was messed up, every side of the phone looked horrible but thankfully the screen was okay and everything worked so I didn't care much.

But then the next week it went into the washing machine, but that's another story. :D

I've dropped my iPhone 4 like 5 times now (twice on concrete and twice on my kitchen tile floor and once while at Best Buy on their sort of padded floor), and no damage what-so-ever. Oh, and I refuse to use cases or screen protectors.

I have dropped my 4 many times but luckily every time it hit the pavement it was in Sena Ultraslim pouch. No major damage, only couple of minor scratches on the top where it was exposed.

I have dropped mine several times. Several on concrete, several on tile. Proud to say just cosmetic damage.

I have dropped mine a couple times. The first time I had a bumper on, without it I am sure it would have been toast.

And I don't let it bother me because I just end up getting a new phone in a year anyway. Sure, at the time we feel like it's a big deal but before you know it, we'll have the next version in our hands.

Multiple drops of my 4. So far (knock on wood!) the case and this little belt clip button I two sided taped to the case have saved my bacon. It's helped that I have only dropped it on wooden floors in my house.
I think someone should come up with a case with a mini-airbag for the thing!:D

Dropped my 2G a few times but only cosmetic damage (no case).

Dropped my 3G once on concrete and the case cracked (Incase Slider), would have messed up the phone for sure without the case.

I've never dropped my 4 on anything harder than carpet.

Dropped my ip4 3 times total. 2 times without a case, the 3rd time was with an Incase Snap. No cracks, blemishes, or shatters though, so whenever my phone lags or has a ****** battery day, I blame it on the drops.

Dropped my iPhone 4 the day I got it on the bottom of the table stand made out of metal... didn't get any damage or scratches but bought a case right away. Never dropped it since.

Dropped my 3G as i was jogging back to school cause i forgot something, i was wearing sweatpants it flew out my pocket and landed on concrete minor blemishes nothing to big and screen was fine
