I just added up how many hours a day I spend on my Macbook Pro and iMac. Between work and home I can't believe Im staring at a computer screen more hours then I sleep. I think it's around 12 hours a day. 8 hours at work and 4 hours at home. What about you?

from 4am- noon
lunchtime are pretty much the only time where my eyes aren't on my screens
then back on the screens...

what am I doing to myself :(
Gotta have a session with OH&S

Way too many, even when I am on my desktop, I have my MBP open doing some sort of research, or having conversations on skype. I would say total a day around 8 hours, and more on the weekends. And I am still in high school...

I'm a college student so I'm usually on mine for an hour in the morning before heading to my classes for the day, and then from 7-12 in the evening doing homework and research.

I also work 2 nights a week at a hospital so I'm using it for a good 3-4 hours a shift.

All in all it averages out to about 6 hours a day.

i use it for 8-10 hours per day and then keep it on throughout the night running boinc. My MBP is under a full load 24 hours a day, unless I need the processing power for some processor intensive task and I pause boinc.
