Currently I’m using a 13 pro max, but also have a regular 13 as a backup (actually thinking of going back to it as the 13 pro max is just too large and heavy). Other than that I still have my old 6S and 4, both of which in working order
recently traded-in an iPhone 5, 5C, 5S, 6S and an 8. About £5 each except the 8 which was £50. Probably they'll get recycled except the 8 which is good 😀
Two 11 Pros (I flip-flopped between various models that year before settling on these) that I haven't upgraded since the pandemic, when I became a full-on hermit.
Thanks to hermiting and also iMessage/Facetime, I've probably touched the iPhones for about 180 days in the four years I've had them - and with most of that being before the pandemic. That's the main reason I haven't felt the burning need to upgrade, since they're sat charging by the entrance most of the time.
I'll finally upgrade to the 16, which hopefully should have some hardware fixes over the 15. I'm kind of over 190g phones so I do hope there are lighter Pro options this year.
1. i don't see any reason to buy a second. only reason i'd need a second is for work but i get my work to provide that and they don't offer iPhones. They give out Samsung A series.
Personally, a 15, a 13 Pro an XR and a 6S. I have to keep a couple of those alive plus 2x 2020 SE's, an iPhone 13 and an iPhone 12. The ex wife has a 13 Pro as well and is still lurking on my apple family account (grr)
