My .sig has my current collection. Not in that are the Classic II that died and was given proper treatment. (Pictures were on my SpyMac gallery, but their gallery is down right now.) Also gone are a beige rev.a G3 desktop, a rev.b iMac, and a Blueberry iMac slot load. (The original, non-DV version.) Those three were sold (Along with my Sony PictureBook) to pay for my 12" PBG4 back in 2003. (Selling all four completely paid for it. I was sad to lose what had been my 'top three' Macs, but the PowerBook has been worth it. I also used to have a PowerBook 3400c, but it died and was sold to a collector who knew it was dead. That makes my total owned over the years as 51.

My collection gallery is at .Mac, and some videos of the Classic II's demise are here and here. (Not necessarily work appropriate.)

Wow, quoting myself, how very meta.

Well, I have now added an iMac 600Mhz to the list. It's the next-to-last generation, a graphite from the same model lineup as the wonderful 'Dalmatian' and 'Flower Power' series. 128MB RAM, promptly upgraded to 384 with a spare DIMM I had, got Tiger slapped on (still have one legal use left before my family pack runs out,) and trying to find an AirPort card for it. (It has the iMac adapter, so I just need the actual card.) It's now in the kitchen as a recipe computer, running CookWare Deluxe.

I have owned 24 Macintosh computers

I currently own 23 Macintosh computers.

Macintosh Plus (later sold)
Macintosh IIci, qty 3
Classic
Classic II
Macintosh LC III, qty 2

Power Macintosh 8500 dual 200MHz, qty 2
Power Macintosh 9600 dual 200MHz
PowerBook 1400
PowerBook G3 233MHz, qty 2
Power Macintosh G3 BW 450MHz

I have owned Macintosh computers since 1986.

In addition to the 5 previously-owned Macs, I have added a few in the past couple months. My lifetime count is up to 62. (57 currently owned plus 5 that are gone.) My sig is current. (Although five of those are still awaiting delivery.)

Woo-hoo! I've now owned one more than yenko!! :-D (Well, more than is in yenko's list, anyway.)

Good deal onn donating it, I should do the same with my 2 little Preforma comptuers. They both do web surfing fine, and don't have viruses :)

Actually, Now its being used at my school. I can ask for it back if I need to... but thats kinda mean... and my iBook does all the jobs I need it to... hmm... except maybe play The Sims 2

I am 17, been using Apple machines on and off for over a decade.

First computer I ever remember owning, I don't recall ever doing much on it but playing two educational games at a really young age. I will count this, because it was in my room, therefore "mine". Apple IIgs

Second computer was an LCIII, I remember first getting internet access and my first CD-Rom drive. We had ISDN back then, the first on our block to have anything over 56K I am certain, maybe the first to have nay internet at all. This computer put in several years of service.

There is a picture of me, which if I find it i iwll scan it and show it to everyone. I don't know where the picture is now, but I was 10 years old and I was sitting in my room with my Powerbook Duo Dock, the Centris was behind me, and you might be able to see the Macintosh Classic that was on the other desk.

Currently have two PowerMac 5500's..

Everything besides the 5500's are now gone, sadly I didn't keep them. I kind of got into the windows world for a bit, then I got into Linux, and I have just gotten back to using macs at home in the past couple of years. I am hoping for a Powerbook as soon as I can get one, because that would be a nice new toy, and I really want something new and updated that I can get into the new mac world.

Apple is where my heart is at, though I mostly use Linux now, because Linux is more powerful than OS 9.1 on a slow 5500.

I switched in December '04. Since then, I have had 3 Macs:

eMac
PowerBook G3 (Lombard) - Sold to my uncle.
iBook G3 "Clamshell" - Friend is supposed to sell it for me soon.

The reason I sold the laptops is honestly, I didn't need 'em. My eMac does everything I need it to do at this point.

1.42 GHz Mac Mini (arrived on April 8, 2005). A lot of people think it is slow, but it is pretty fast compared to any PC I've used.

Age: 15
Using Macs for: 1 1/2 years

iMac 233MHz Bondi (got it from eBay in April 2004)
eMac 1.25GHz G4 Combo (Got it in October 2004)

I would like to upgrade to a new iBook or iMac with Intel processor next year. Ha, like thats gonna happen!

Feb 03 - 800 MHz iBook G3
Dec 03 - 1.25 GHz Power Mac G4
