Right side of wrong
just an estimate, but how many miles do you think you've driven in your entire life? (not what's on your car now)

i think i've driven roughly 118,000 miles, and i'm 23 years old

About 50-60k, I'd guess...the advantage of taking public transit/walking to work for several years, and now living only a 10-minute drive from work.

~400k. Been driving for 18 years now. Living in the midwest USA can really rack up the miles. It's a long way to get pretty much anywhere, combined with the utter absence of public transportation.

I've been driving for 27 years now. So I think that I've driven between 500,000 and 1,000,000 miles.

I've had my license since mid-March so a little over 8 months.

I've probably driven roughly 10,000.

0 miles! in all my 21 years on Earth.

I cycled 24 miles to the neighbouring town once. it was all down hill so I didn't care until the ride back up :D didn't take too long actually. But that's not a car so...

now that's quite a bit for your age.

Yeah... thank my parents for living in the middle of nowhere. Driving back and forth to High School was over 100 miles a day. That, and having driven back and forth from NY to NC about 20 times adds up.

It's getting better though. I bought my own car two years ago. It's got 45k miles on it but only 15k of those are from this year... most of them from driving to work during the summer.

I've got a nasty habit of getting rid of cars without owning them for a long time, but I know I've racked up over 100k miles over the past 14 years of driving.

dang, 100 miles to school and back? now that's crazy.

yeah, it's sad, but i have a bit of that habit also. i'm on my third vehicle already, and i'm only 23......and did i say new vehicle?

Been driving for 28 years so I'd say over 500,000 miles- uphill both ways. :p

Lets see, 65,000 on first car + 23,000 on current car + ????? on Mom's car before I got my own, I'd say somewhere in the neighborhood of 90-100,000

I'm 20 and have probably driven somewhere between 150k and 200k miles.

Same age and around the same miles, agreed w/ post on the Midwest and it does rack a bunch of miles going to a school 40 miles each way, every day around 80 miles for about 4 years, and a bunch of cross-country road trips during that time in school, I'd say 200-250k. I remember my first year when I got a old buick park avenue it had 75k miles when I first started driving it, when I stopped using it 2 years later it has 185k on it, that was 2 years ago.
