Many more, I hope.

I have followed this turkey from the start, and will be in no hurry to adopt this one. a2

It's a nightmare from what I've seen and tested. I will not be updating to it any time soon, this may be worse than Lion or Yosemite launch by a grand margin. I'd hope someone comes in and hits these people over the head and gets them working. Catalina is in no state to be released.

Given the number of issues that B8 introduced, I say there's going to be a few more pushed out just to fix them. As of B9 iMovie still is choking but usable.

I have only tested a little not enough to comment it seems to run ok for me after yesterdays update iwill try imovie tomorrow

B9 looks stable here. Some of the design decisions around security and privacy create a usability nightmare, but that is likely not to change. The expectation is for Catalina to drop Oct4. I would expect a GM (Candidate?) to be released Monday or Tuesday,

I just tried iMovie only made a couple photos into video seems to work ok here

January sounds about right for downloading Catalina for us plebs.

However, lets give our many thanks to you guys doing the Bata testing. Without your efforts we would be deep in do-do. Thank You. a2

Catalina on my old HDD was absolute hell, I'm so glad I switched to an SSD and it was actually useable.

Two cents says the full public beta ... is just beginning though.

10th beta Catalina, new iOS 13.1.1 (give iOS a few more especially for iPhone 11s)

Having lots of issues. All is slow and gets stuck. Waiting for official release and then a full reformat. Let’s hope for the 4th :) maybe next year I’ll abstain from the betas, also for iOS.
