Hey, I just got the 2 new 27” Pro Display XDR monitor and I had the 32” Pro Display XDR but the new Pro Display XDR has 2,000 nits and its a huge difference when looking at my new 16” m5 MacBook Pro which only has 1600 nits. I heard and hope 3,000 nits, but I think more like 2,000 nits or higher to beat the the new 27” Pro Display XDR. I also have the m5 OLED iPad Pro which is OLED and I believe it’s only 1600 nits. What do you think?

If I had to hazard a guess I'd say Apple will match it to the Studio Display XDR at 2,000 nits. But it's easy to guess that now. It's hard sometimes to figure out Apple's rationale for some things.
