How many times a day are you checking your shipping status?

Pretty much how it goes. Although right now I keep checking to see if it's started to ship. What's silly is I know when it will be here, and yet there's always that glimmer of hope that someone will screw up and bring it to me early.
I'm checking cause i want to know which carrier they will use. FedEx is going to be a helluva lot more convenient for me cause I am going to have to pickup and they'll let me schedule ahead of time to just drop it off at a convenient location where as UPS insists on trying once. And if I want to pick it up the same day I have to go to the hub the package came from, which their usual hub is not close to me at all (despite there being a closer hub, their large hub is far and the closer hub is a tiny one). And I don't think/know if they have locations I can tell them to leave it that will be open Saturday.
Its not just me?!
Hahahaha. I check mine a few times a day too! I fell into that "2 weeks" crap. I'm just hoping it comes sooner. Have been hearing reports that apple has sent some 2 week ppl emails that they will receive their phones on the 21st instead of 2 weeks.

A couple times but since I ordered from Verizon I know I am not going to see a change till around Wednesday. Plus the Verizon preorder page has a really scary Cancel Order button so I don't want to accidentally hit it!
What if your order randomly gets pushed back passed the 21st...you are patiently waiting on the 21st and it never gets to you. You in a fever of anger get on macrumors and spam "APPLE SUKS 5,000 times in 21 different languages.

Maybe cause they want to make sure.
Maybe cause they do not KNOW for sure it will be the 21st. Things can and do change.
Maybe they don't have a life.
Probably other reasons, but I need to go check mine.
I can only hope for this.

Good question. Why? Right before I hit submit, it said 9/21. Then it said 10/3. That's why.
Because my AT&T bill ships out this week, and I had to change the billing address to get the phone delivered to me here. As soon as the iPhone ships out, I can go back to AT&T and change the billing address back to my home address.
I'm pretty glad that my Apple order moved from Processing to Preparing for Shipment for this exact reason. That button was SCARY!
I use Delivery Status on my mac to check hourly and push updates to Delivery Status Touch on my iPhone and iPad.
