iPod touch How many times you can charge your iPod rouch

I have my 1G iPod and 3G, my 1G iPod touch is after I using him like 1 year his battery start use so many battery fo games music, is that a battery or what?? Now I'm use 3G iPod touch and don't know how many times you can use the battery it's like you charge your iPod or iPhone only like 1,000 and your battery is dead what do I have to do with iPod touch 1G buy new battery??

You say "only 1,000" but even charging it every day, 1,000 charge cycles gets you about 2.5 years. If you're getting decent battery life after 2 years count yourself lucky.

mine is still going very strong! dont use it everyday though

I've had mine since Jan/Feb 2008 and it's still going strong. I use it almost every day.
