I’m on my third Apple Watch. I started with a 2. For me, the gps is what made it worth purchasing. (My primary day se case was to replace my phone when running)

I got a series 3, specifically to add cellular and it’s been fantastic. I will always keep cellular from here on out.

I upgraded to a 5 for the improved cellular reception. If the series 3 had the ceramic back that allows the series 4/5 to get better cellular reception, I would still be using that watch today.

I’ve had 3.
- Apple Watch Series 1
- Apple Watch Series 2
- Apple Watch Series 3 (Nike)

I haven’t been interested in the 4 or 5 as battery life on mine still exceeds my expectations and I’m a light user with it. Zero complaints. It’s the 42mm so I can easily go 2 days without charging. Sometimes 3 but I don’t let it drop below 15%, ever.

How many Apple watches have I owned? _A lot_.

[This picture Doesn’t include the latest generation Apple watches with the Series 3/4 and Series 5 either. ]

(Oh, and before anyone comments, yes I have expendable income and yes I wanted this many Apple watches, well...because I can.)

For the S5, I personally don't need LTE since I have my phone with me at all time. This could change is the future.

Apple Watch Series 2 Nike+ (GPS)
Apple Watch Series 4 Nike+ (Cellular)

I went up to the cellular version when I got my Series 4. I wanted the safety net of being able to leave the house without my phone for quick trips to run errands. I'm totally happy with the Series 4 and dont see a need to upgrade.

I still have my series 1. I could see someone getting a cell enabled and never using it or getting bad connections. Then upgrading to a newer watch and dumping the cell to save $100 plus $120 per year. Unless the cell enabled is untethered (so I can dump owning an iphone) and has decent battery life I won’t get one in the future.

On my first 44m SG S5 with GPS, no cellular. This is my first AW and I absolutely love it. I have it on most of the time.

I had a Samsung Gear Fit 1 before this with my Galaxy S8+. However, Samsung dropped support for it :(. The AW is in a different league though!

I'm a bit of a watch fanatic. Others include a Tissot Chronograph automatic, Rotary skeletonised automatic, Omega Seamaster AT Master Co-Axial, Omega SpeedMaster Master Chrono Moonphase. The Moonphase gets most time on my wrist usually but I'm finding it hard to take off the AW.

Lets see...

Series 0 SS 42mm
Series 0 SG 42mm
Series 1 SG (encased in a LunaTik SB SS) used for sleep tracking
Series 2 SSSB
Series 3 SG LTE on a Cosmic Gray Juuk gorgeous AL band
Series 4 SG LTE on a Cadmium Juuk gorgeous AL band.

Ps. Eugene is a passionate fellow that went the extra mile when Apple changed the band connector on the Series 4 he worked extremely hard to create connectors that would work with his high standards to allow his older bands work with the Series 4, 5.

Pss. I have NO ownership interests in Juuk I just believe in rewarding passion and quality.

I have a series 0, LTE 3, and a new 5 non-LTE. I liked the cellular but deactivated it recently. The biggest issue is remembering to take my phone in the few situations that I didn’t...walking my neighborhood. It was nice but I noticed in brick buildings it typically didnt work...big box stores. I haven’t missed especially after getting the 5. This is a good watch.

Started off with the series 0 in aluminium (silver). Then upgraded to the series 0 in SS (silver) after a few months after launch. I was not happy with the amount of money I spent on the SS series 0 only for it to become slow and the battery life to deteriorate after only a year. So I decided that I would only get aluminium going forward.

I had series 3 in aluminium cellular and GPS (silver)

Series 4 aluminium Cellular and GPS (gold)

And now the series 5 in aluminium with cellular and GPS (gold).

No, it’s the same number. O2 allows to share your number and data to multiple devices at no extra cost. So I use 3 devices with the same number, watch and 2 phones.
How do you do that? Is my watch the same number as my phone?
