I am considering selling my iPhone that I bought on the launch date of June 30, 2007. Don't laugh at me, but I have never updated it since new, and I am still on version 1.00 (never had the time). Does it bring more value assuming that the next owner is more capable to customizing it. Or, is it better to update to the most recent version and forget the original 1.00 version? Thanks for your help.

1.00 won't be any sort of incentive at all. It's just as easy to customise 1.1.4 as it is 1.00 and you gain a lot of features.

And besides, its easy enough for either one of you to upgrade it if wanted.
