Too early to say. Today, I used it for an hour or two and it went to 80%. For now it seems like the battery is better than my 7 plus.

With 5 oercent left. Post some screenshots

14 hours playing 3D games in an emulated Windows 95 environment.

I have been whining all day about the battery having come from a plus. I did a iTunes backup and plan to do a clean install tonight and see how tomorrow is.

I’m surprised I didn’t see other battery threads so maybe my phone Is acting up.

On 11.1... 3 hours 30 mins.. and its at 71% left.....Streaming from Google Music via bluetooth all this time with brightness at 75%. Pretty amazing for me......First iPhone ever...

Battery has been good so far coming from an ip7+ still might be to early to tell though, I did find this battery drain test for anyone interested

It’ll probably need a few more days before battery settles down. Our phones are syncing and indexing and we’re playing with them nonstop so real usage won’t be known till next week.

Not that good coming from an iPhone 7 Plus... granted I did a fresh install so I probably don’t have all the settings turned off I should but here are some screenshots of battery life since this morning... I’ve only been awake for a couple hours and I’m at 53%...

Oh you women and your snap chat selfies take up tons of battery..

Finally. I was getting tired of saying this 100x 48 hrs after every iPhone launch.

We’re playing and fiddling with them more than our prior phones. They’re updating and indexing. We’re downloading new apps. Testing the speed and trying out the new cameras.

I give it 5 days before I even pay attention to my battery life. Right now it’s awful and always plugged in since I’m on it and using it nonstop....and arguing with ppl on MacRumors.

Wouldn't the updating and indexing count as "usage" and increase that number?

10 hours usage
27 hours standby

Just charging now

Curious, but which carrier model do you have? I have a theory that the Verizon iPhone X gets noticeably better battery life than the GSM model due to the Qualcomm modem being twice as small as the intel one (14nm vs. 28nm) and is over 30% more power efficient.

I've got an unlocked GSM model and I'm getting decent battery life, but I've seen four other Verizon X owners reporting much better battery life than I'm seeing even with only moderate usage.
