How much can I get for a brand new 32 GB 4S?

It's a replacement phone. I want to sell it and get a 5/5S. How much could I get a new 5/5S for?

I can get mint iPhone 5 for around that price.

Depends on how much warranty you've got left. I see a couple of brand new 8GB 4s on CL for right around $200. These include most of the original 1 year warranty.

You can get $250-300 on eBay before fees. That's probably about it if it's the AT&T model. If it's Verizon or Sprint you'll get slightly less.

In my part of the country I see 16 GB iPhones go for $350....and that's for refurbished.
