How much data does iMessage use?

I have a 150MB/month plan with Verizon, but I'm wondering how much data does iMessage use? I have unlimited text so I'd just use that...but iMessage is so fast and convenient. Lets say I send 200 messages back and forth thru iMessage per day. How many MB in the course of a month?

Very, very little. Only a few kilobytes per message. Unless its a picture, video, or audio clip. Then its a bit bigger.

Not much more than a few kilobytes as well. It just sends the phonetics of the words to Apple.

Maybe not every time, but approximately 90% of the time. Then depending on the command, another third party site.
