I just got on an ATT contract with my 3GS. I was wondering on average how much internet use you rack up in a months time?

In about two weeks I have about 570MB. Some of it tethering.

-Tim

It was about 200mb per month on my 2g, but since I got the 3gs I have used 400 mb in 2 weeks.

Since I can't stream music on my work PC, I've become a hardcore Pandora and Shoutcast app user over 3g. My monthly use has gonne from about 400 MB to about 1.5 GB

I usually try and max out my data cap on my plan. Went from 500MB to 1.1GB limit with 3gs upgrade. To get to 1.1GB will probably require tethering. :)
Australian carriers, all have data caps...

Atleast Att has a decent 5gb soft cap on all of their plans, I hope that if you add feathering it gives you an additional 5gb. Making it 10 total.

But also since I have gotten my uverse with a new router I use my wifi quite a bit more than I used to. My wifi didn't even cover my small house all the way before and I would use edge in my dining room.

I pay $30/month so I try use as much as i can all the time. I stream thru my car speakers all day, tether, send emails all day.

but im a little over a 1 gig a month no matter how much I do

what else can I do to get my $30 worth out of data??

I feel bad for those who use under 100MB a month

I was surprised at how much I managed to use this month. I use it casually, only when I'm bored.

Bill said it was 330 MB this month, from a 500 MB limit.

I use between $19,000-23,000USD worth of data per month, according to my carrier. Of course, that's adjusted down to about $50 (flat-rate data) ... In terms of MB, I think it's only about 300MB/month. Not that much, really.

Since I got the phone on the 19th:

395mb down
19.8mb up

So I guess 800 - 1 gig a month?

I'm no a business user and I don't tether (yet). :D
