I just converted my 2GB plan to unlimited as per the 2G iPhone trick. I'm worried I'm going to hit about 5GB this month at the rate I'm going. Has AT&T ever intervened or canceled anyone for using too much data? :apple:

I just jailbroke my phone and using the MyWi app and I'm just burning through data with tethering. :D

before the netflix and hulu app, around 1gb. after those two apps came out, between 2-4gbs a month. glad i kept my unlimited.

I really don't use that much data. Maybe for looking at Facebook every now and then, so normally <100-150MB

I'm using about 250MB per month with the high being just over 400MB in September. I'm not sure what it is I did that month (maybe XM or something) but I'm glad I'm on the unlimited version still...

This says it all =]

A friend of mine is doing about 30 MB a week with the 200 MB plan.

I usually go over 1 GB and kept my unlimited plan.

I'm very happy to have unlimited plans on my smartphones, as I use them extensively. A smartphone is ideal for my needs, since I travel frequently for both work & pleasure. I don't have any idea how much I use... :)

mines only like 30MB lol. air wifi @ my university and at home so yeah.

I average 6 gig on my iPAD 3G with unlimited plan. I do the opposite as you guys, I tether my iPad to my iPhone on TMobile :p It's crazy but I always have my iPad with me (photographer and it's my portfolio).

How do you guys have such high data usage?
I'm getting like 800 mb. 1.2 gigs MAX (that's with lots of tethering).

Isn't that ridiculously slow with Edge-only speeds? I know it was practically unbearable when I was traveling lately and was stuck in an Edge-only area. Or does TMobile's "4G" now allow the iPhone to use its 3G? I read something about the frequencies of their HSPDA+ crap being compatible.

32 GB?! Wooooow

Damn you Americans with your unlimited data plans...I'm jealous!:(

I'm trying to stay below the radar of 1gb cap, or its a £5 charge for every 4mb over!... currently I'm at 750mb and have another 10 days before my bill gets generated.

and thats with regular browsing and downloading from appstore.:(

Ummm there's no cap on the iphone, it's truly unlimited, thats for smart cards and usb sticks with data plans....

I don't understand what you guys mean by "getting your unlimited back"? I thought AT&T took that away and now you have to choose a plan...
