I'll be paying around $75 or so a month for 450 minutes, 1500 text plan and unlimited data.

Get a 21% corporate discount so normally i'd pay a little over 90. Just became a member with at&t so i haven't even gotten my first bill yet, discount doesn't start until the second billing cycle.

- vvm/caller id/etc

Not sure if the 100 minutes will be enough, but I can bump it up later if I find I need to.
 
Living in Canada, on the Rogers network I pay:

$10 voice:

250 mins daytime
unlimited evenings (after 6) and weekends
Free Rogers to Rogers calling

And $20 data:

500 MBs
10,000 texts
visual voicemail...and so on.

So, $30 plus system access fee ($6) and 911 fee = $37 plus tax. = $42.
