I can't get ADSL2  but at least I can triple my speed for the same price...

I've been with iiNet for years now (since the 512/128 days) and I have to say they are a great provider. You will be happy with them if you switch. :)

-£14.99 for 512kbps unlimited broadband with Pipex
-whatever the BBC TV licence costs!
-No more SkyTV, it really is b****cks.

Though, apparently a lot of Greater Manchester is being upgraded with 8mb connections. If you're internets going down a lot then it's a sure sign things are looking up. Especially when I've only got 512kb!

Time Warner, digital cable, 1,473 HBOs, RR cable Internet - $87 a month. My condo has a bulk deal with them. I think this usually runs about $115 a month.

SaskTel. We've always been the leading Telecom Provider in Canada (Bell, Telus, etc. are always trying to catch up it seems!), we've been recognized internationally throughout the industry, and it's a company I'm proud to work for.

Thanks for the info. Guess I'll have to wait for a while on that package, sounds good though, or just move...

$100? Thats GOOD! (£60ish?)

In the UK, heres our charges for our ''digital'' home:

£25 - Phone
£25 - Broadband/ADSL
£45 - Sky (Digital TV) (Exc. any Premier Sport or Movies)

= £95

Also, the ADSL is only 1Meg.. so y'no!

God, I wanna live in the USA... I'm 17... How old do I have to be to emmigrate? lol

£71.94 (~US$128) per month + telephone call charges.

just 1Mbps and no HD, PVR, movies channels, sport channels etc. fairly basic package.

Yeah, we're an industry leader with our IPTV service offerings - we've had our service now for almost 4 years, whereas almost all other Telcos don't even have it up and running yet. ;) And when you bundle everything together (land line, LD, DSL, IPTV, cellular, home security) yuo save a lot of money...

Zero.

Don't watch TV, so get along with terrestrial broadcast channels.

Get my internet free from my landlord. 3mbps.

Not a bad deal.

All my bills are included in my rent, so I only have a cell phone bill each month. This kinda makes me miss the old days when Voip services were just starting out and you could make phone calls through your computer for free<sigh>...

We pay close to $70 total for our package (after taxes). We have the most basic of cable plans (around $14/mo) and the faster broadband (around $53/mo) since I need the extra bandwidth for work. Work pays for $50 of the ISP fee so it's not so bad. We only have cable because it was cheaper to have it with the Internet than to have Internet alone. Go figure.
