I used to buy a lot, but now I've slowed down my buying. I think it's because a lot of times now I rip a lot songs off of CDs nowadays.

Nada. Zip. Bupkus. Zero. Nuttin'. Not a nickel. My collection is big enough without spending more, especially at .99 per song! Yikes! That would make my collection worth more than $30,000! Anyone wanna buy it? (j/k)

Probably around $200 since August 2003, give or take. Most of my music collection comes from songs ripped off my cd's.

iTunes has lost a lot of my business since I discovered Amazon MP3 a few months ago. $0.89 songs, drm free and some free songs via Pepsi Points. Besides the lousy interface, I love it.

$1167.70

I also have a lot of CDs that I haven't imported... and a lot of songs which I didn't buy, so if I like one of them I'll one... I'd buy more CDs, but I can't tell the difference for half the things I listen to.

~ $200 for me, to many random songs that I just want an individual song and no the whole album.

Maybe $20 total. It was a novelty way back when, but CD's and vinyl are still the way to go, IMO.

I prefer to import directly from a legally purchesed cd - better sound quality. But the convenience of iTunes has led me to spend a few hundred bucks there...

I have no exact figure but I cannot imagine it has been more than £50 worth…

Excluding iTunes gift cards — always handy stocking fillers.

Most of my music money still goes to Amazon. I still like the arrival of the parcel.

All this instant gratification is over rated IMHO. ;) :D:D

Now that Movies are available things may change, although this Sunday night we were looking for a film to rent off iTunes and well… quite frankly the selection is pretty bad. (Thus far.) So we settled for something off Sky+.

i've never paid for anything on itunes, though i have used giftcards and free downloads

i didnt know that amazon had clearance cds
