I have an iPhone 5S that dropped on the floor. The right side of the screen is no longer responsive to touch, but the left side is. Everything works except the right side of the screen doesn't register any taps or swipes.

Any idea how much I might be able to get for it on Ebay?

$100. Maybe $150.

If you replace the screen (should be around $150 through Apple) you could probably get that back plus about $200 I'd think.

No way...

5S is not worth $200

You can find the 6 for $200 I’m good condition right now

5S is around $100 maybe $120 in mint condition

Being it's broken and likely only going to be used for parts anyways, I would say less than a $100.00. And then you're going to get messages from eBay members asking if you will take $25 for it. So be prepared for that.
