How much Does Apple Make From Carrier "Activations"

- Apple doesn't sell the sim free version for a while
- 1UP is tied to Carrier Activations so it must be in their economic model.

Does anyone know how much Apple actually gets from a carrier activation from a sold phone?

i.e. An X with Tax is 1050. + some sort of fee from each carrier for a sim activated? How much could it be?
