None of those things matter to me, all I care about is how fast it responds/processes requests and buttons pressed and how quickly it launches/loads apps. How on earth can you say pictures videos and games are of prime importance??

Because that's what takes processing power. It will open apps faster.

Anything that says loading or processing will be faster.

My iPhone 4S was quite nice. As compared to my iPhone 5 there's not that much difference, other than for those who love to brag and make big claims.

I use my iP5 heavily and find it's ideal for my needs with the only bottleneck slowing me down with emails, messages and the like is the tiny display / tiny keyboard.

As far as working on the web when I'm mobile, I finally gave up and bought an LTE iPad mini for that.

iP5 on paper is twice as fast as the 4S, but in my opinion it doesn't seem like it's twice as fast during actual use. I have used both. I sort of wanted to upgrade last year when the 5 came out but when I played with my friends 5, I didn't feel it was much different except for a bigger screen and it's lighter weight. Sure it was a bit faster, it's newer...but it wasn't enough to tempt me to upgrade.

I love when people are misinforming by saying "Oh yeah the 4S is so slow compared to the 5!!" Not at all. My 4S is still fast enough that I might not even upgrade to the 5S and instead wait for the 6. Maybe I'm easily impressed, but my 4S still runs smooth as butter and quick enough for me.
