How much Free RAM do you have while idle? (JB'd 3Gs)

Mine hovers around 100-105MB which is okay, when using Safari or MobileRSS it'll get to 15-20 and it will start getting sluggish. I had to turn off backgrounding for Safari since it would eat ram when minimized.
