$10 for some pos screen protector
so $100 :(

Overall, way too much. Took the cases back and am now carrying my iPhone 3G naked. It's been that way for a month and there's still no serious damage, so now I used the $$$ I saved as backup to get a 3Gs whenever my current one screws up.

You should all be putting a much bigger price tag next to the iPhone listing than $200; you're forgetting the iPhone tax (the ridiculous $30 data plan). I'm on t-mobile, with a custom $56 a month plan for the equivalent services of a $90 AT&T 2G plan.

$380 8gb iPhone 2G refurb (for sale: $240, cosmetically and functionally perfect, but used)
$25 InvisibleShield (fantastic)
$25 Belkin in car FM Transmitter ebay (ok, but a bit static-y)
-----
$50 on accessories

$429 iPhone 3GS ebay
$15 Best Skins Ever (exact same as InvisibleShield)
$15 Griffin WindowSeat ebay (on it's way, wondering if it'll mess up the shield)
$25 Griffin iTrip Auto ebay (better than belkin, but still a tiny whine in silences)
-----
$55

I see there's a lot of InCase Sliders out there. What do you think?
