How much is Lisa XL worth?

    He sold it. But he did say he had some early/late 90s stuff and some powercomputing clones so i might have to go check it all out.

    I'm holding out for a Lisa 1 with twiggy drives. Maybe I should go looking for that landfill in Utah...

    That would be pretty awesome. I see XLs of various quality come around from time to time, but a working original would be quite the prize!

    How much did you end up selling it for? I sold a couple of Mac XLs (same form factor) a few years ago for close to $425 a piece!

    You need deep pockets nowdays to afford a Lisa 1, last one I saw sold on ebay for over $10,000 US


    A good clean Lisa 2 with all the manuals, disk and the external 10MB ProFile hard drive can catch over $1,000-$2,000

    My little brother sold my Lisa XL to another mac fiend in 2000 when I was off at college. He got $100 out of it. For that, he is going to get a punch in the nuts one day.

    This made me laugh. Not that he sold the Lisa XL, but the punch in the nuts part.
