How much is my mini worth.

I was thinking about selling my mini. How much can I expect to get.

Late 2012 Server
i7 2.3
two ssd's, pny 240 gb and 180 gb intel
16gb 1600 ram.

Also I do still have the two original 1tb HDDs that came with the mini

Mint with box.

You could probably get close to 1000-1100 with all that. I'd probably start any bidding at 900 at least. It retailed for 999 with 4 GB ram and those two HD spinners.

Your estimate is high IMO. I am watching three of them on ebay to see what they end at.

It also depends on how and when he bought it. Was it a refurb he bought a couple of months ago? Or was it brand new when he bought it near release in 2012?

If he bought it recently, taking into account the upgrades he did, I'd say 950-1,000 isn't too farfetched.

I think the mad rush to grab a 2012 4 core i7 is over on eBay. There was a point where they were selling for silly money but that point might be gone. I sold a basic 4gb with spinner for north of 900 bucks about a year ago. A clear 250$ profit just by flipping the box!
 
I'd Put HDDs back in and sell SSDs separately. Most 2012 server buyers are ready to do SSD upgrade themselves or don't care about SSD.
 
Another 3 auctions ended yesterday. $650-750. You should have enough info now what your mini's worth is.
And I agree with grockk, I would take out the SSDs and put the spinners back. I don't think SSDs will help you get more money by leaving them in.
 
I'd say around $600 too. You can get a new one for $999, ok, you still need a second drive but it's new unit and you get a warranty. I know where my money would be going..!
