Depends on your perspective. To my 7 year old daughter who doesn't have an iPod Touch (but her older sister does), it's priceless. She will get mom's "classic" iPhone to use when I get my wife the iPhone 4.

Truth be told, it's priceless to me too. Mine has been my faithful companion for almost 3 years now.
