This is a stupid question, but I just installed additional memory in my iMac, and I can't figure out how to check to see how much memory my computer has. Just to verify that they work.

If you are interested in finding more about your system open System Profiler.

Applications-Utilties-System Profiler or you can type command key-spacebar-the type system profiler

or he can just click on "more info" where he checks his ram 😀
