Assuming it was possible to custom-color the iPhone cases (and financially feasible for Apple), how successful do you think Apple would be if they let people order special editions of the phone where you use a color wheel to fine-tune a shade exactly to your liking? The trade-off would be that it would be 60 days or so before it shipped out.

Personally, I think it would be a huge money maker for them. Thoughts?

Surprise
Personally I think iPhone colors are way overrated since most people I know just out them in cases anyway. Especially since they went to having black bezels across the board. If you really want a different color and don’t use a case it is really easy to vinyl wrap it and there are hundreds of options and even precut templates on eBay for a couple of bucks.

Apple would lose a ton of money due to the logistics of having an individual color.
