How much of an upgrade from GeForce 320M for 13''?

How much of an graphics upgrade will I get from my current MBP with NVIDIA GeForce 320M 256 MB to the new 13'' macbook pro that runs Intel HD Graphics 4000? I'm looking to upgrade to play games like Diablo 3. I can play it now but it's quite laggy.
