I believe it's 256, twice as much as the 3G and 2G models.

85-90? No way! I am jailbroken and have tons of mobilesubstrate programs installed and I have 150 MB free without having any programs open.

I have tons of mobile substrate stuff installed on my 3GS and I usually have about 150-155 without anything running in the background. With no mobilesubstrate i'd have about 170.

It never ceases to amaze me that people will start a thread to ask a question which could be answered by Google in seconds. I just don't get it. 😕

Actually I deleted the program I had that checked free memory so I can't check again, and I only looked once... sorry. In any event, running out of RAM doesn't seem to be much of an issue like it was before, thankfully. 🙂
