How much should I sell my iPhone 3G Black for?

What do you guys think is a reasnable price for a Black iPhone 3G 16G?

It has some scratches on back but only can be noticed in the light...

Everything works fine,etc.

well if you're going to sell it, I would sell it quick, seeing as you can now get them brand new for $99, albeit with a 2-year contract....

I just saw a meant wte 16gb on Ebay at $481....I may put mine up and get a 16gb 3gS for 399. Gotta call ATT and verify upgrade prices.

If you can still unlock it, it's invaluable. Hell, even if you can't soft unlock it's still invaluable. People will pay to get one without going through AT&T.
